Olympus Property Group were recommended to the client through their friend and after an initial meeting to contextualise the architect drawings and finalise the desired scope of works cosmetically, the competitive estimate was created and accepted with a commencement planned for August 2022.

Works quickly got underway on creating a loft conversion on this bungalow with works not being impeded by the weather due to a temporary tin-hat scaffold structure. Alongside the loft conversion, the scope of work extended to a new bathroom, bespoke storage solutions, new oak and glass stair balustrades and full house exterior cladding, all of which was completed by Christmas 2022 much to our clients’ delight.

The project was able to be completed on time, on budget and to a superb quality.
