The client instructed Sam King from King Architecture & Design as their existing kitchen diner was not conducive to comfortable family life. Sam cleverly designed an extension to their existing single storey element to create a full width space and with some internal modifications, they were also able to add a utility to their ground floor.

The exposed painted steel adds an industrial feel to the space in what is now a stunning family area that the client is thoroughly enjoying.

In partnership with Kitchen Living, Olympus Property Group were able to create this space in just 5 winter months.
