Olympus Property Group were recommended to the client by the architect, PMG Consultancy. The client wanted to create a large open plan kitchen diner at the rear of their property so the designs were made to include a single storey extension with a feature glazed gable and a knock-through between the existing and the new.

The project commenced in October 2021 and completed in May 2022 including a brand new high-end kitchen from Kitchen Living.

Covid-19 provided some challenges relating to material procurement, particularly the glazing, however work was finished to a superb standard and the client was over the moon with their new space.
