Olympus Property Group won a competitive tender process through V&L Architects (formerly BBD Architects) for the final phase of work at this lovely cottage in the north of Hampshire.

The scope of work comprised a double storey extension to the front of the property to create a large family room on the ground floor and a guest bedroom and en-suite to the first floor.

Works commenced towards the end of May 2023 and completed in November 2023 despite the inclement weather experienced during June 2023. Through the 6 months project duration, the team faced some challenges relating to existing drainage runs and marrying in the new extension roof with an existing roof of differing pitches however through honest and regular communication with both the client and contract administrator, were able to overcome all hurdles to deliver a simply wonderful project.
